Olivia has dual bookkeeping certificates, and she is committed to obtaining a realtor’s license and advancing her education in accounting. 

She began working for Kodiak Property Management as a part-time receptionist and showed great interest and initiative in the financial department. Earning her title as a Jr. Financial Analyst, she began to branch off into condominium property management world and quickly found her calling.

Olivia works diligently in her hybrid position alongside the financial analyst while managing multiple condominium properties of her own.

She can be described as a dedicated, goal-oriented, and committed employee who is exceedingly task-driven.

In her free time, Olivia often relaxes with a good book or spends her time outside with her two border collies.
