Taylor Brown has been with Kodiak Property Management for three years. Through those years, she has worn many hats. Starting during covid, she provided aide to our Leasing Department and worked her way up to a full time position in the office as an Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist. From there, she knew she could do more to assist the team and asked for a position with the financial department. She has now been our Financial Analyst since April 2022, solidifying her role within the Den.

She works alongside Michael Babcock, our CFO, to provide accurate and up to date financial reporting for the Condominium Corporations we manage. Her and our Jr. Property Manager, Olivia Mihial, also work to prepare monthly cheque runs for our Corporations and ensure prompt and direct payment is made to all vendors.

With a growing knowledge base in accounting practices and a strong dedicated desire to continue that growth, Taylor has solidified herself as a vital part in our accounting team. In this past year, she has received two certificates in accounting courses and this has provided her with even more tools for her tool belt.

Taylor loves the team here and can’t wait to see what the future holds for Kodiak Property Management. She is excited to be apart of that growth and is excited to celebrate all that we can achieve together.

In her free time, Taylor loves to spend time with her partner & pets. She loves reading, collecting crystals and dancing with friends.
