Overseeing the smooth operations of thriving condominium communities by day, Olivia is also pursuing a degree in project management to further hone her skills. She also holds dual bookkeeping certificates and will be obtaining her realtor’s license.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving, she has successfully navigated the complexities of property management, ensuring the satisfaction of residents and the stability of the association. 

Olivia has amassed a large portfolio of condominium complexes throughout Regina and Swift Current and plans on acquiring more.

As she continues her educational journey, she is poised to bring her newfound expertise in project planning and execution to an ever-expanding realm of opportunities.

She began working for Kodiak Property Management as a part time receptionist and showed great interest and initiative in the financial department. Earning her title as a Jr. Financial Analyst, she began to branch off into the condominium property management world.

Olivia’s long-term goal with Kodiak is to complete her project management bachelor’s degree and obtain a degree in structural engineering, where she will then begin to invest in building numerous condominium corporations around Saskatchewan.
