As Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Kodiak, Mike is responsible for all administrative, financial, and risk management operations, along with management and oversight of the Condo, Commercial, Residential, and corporate accounting functions.

With over 25 years of financial service, Mike has worked with numerous companies involved in retail, service, financial advisory and investments, real estate, engineering, residential and commercial construction, land and property development, marketing, advertising, and industrial services.  With this experience, Mike brings forth both a strong, well-rounded, accounting, and financial background combined with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Mike enjoys giving his time back to the community, serving as Director on the Regina Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and volunteering as Treasurer and Chair of the Induction Selection Committee of the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame.  Mike has also participated on the Community Outreach Committee for the 2018 Memorial Cup and has spent many years involved with Hockey Regina.

Mike holds both Chartered Professional Accountant (2015) and Certified General Accountant (2007) designations and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario.  He is also a Notary Public and a Commissioner of Oaths for the Province of Saskatchewan.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys hockey, golf, and spending time with his family and pets.  When he has a moment to himself, he enjoys reading, number puzzles, and Lego.
